What are Weana Products?
A Weana product transfers your Weana profile information with an NFC tap or scannable QR code onto someone else’s phone.
Your Profile is highly customizable and includes a bio, social media links, payment info and other details that you can input to make it easy to share all those details with anyone in one swift action without the need for them to have third partyany apps installed.
What benefits do digital business cards offer?
In today's era, digital business cards serve as a beneficial asset for networking, marketing, and fostering connections. They establish or enhance online presence, enable personalized customization via your digital profile, and offer an environmentally friendly and economical alternative to traditional paper business cards.
Do I need to download an app or pay a subscription to use Weana?
Simply buy the Weana product that works for you. No app or subscription is needed to share your profile via NFC or QR technology.
Does the other person need a Weana product to receive my details?
No, all products are ready to share on their own via NFC or QR technology. Your Weana profile will be sent as a notification to the recipient’s phone and can be saved directly.
What material are the products made of?
Weana products are all made from durable materials with different finishing.
Can I link my profile to multiple products?
Yes, your profile can be on a card, a sticker, and tag or any other product at the same time. You can also connect your business to multiple standees in different locations.
If I order different or multiple products, can I connect them to different profiles?
Yes, you can connect each product to the same or different profiles.
Can I link my product directly to my website without using my Weana profile?
Yes, you can customize the settings of each product and link it directly to any website, social media page, or any URL. The configured website will immediately open when you tap the product or scan the QR code.
How compatible are the products with phones?
Weana products can share your profile using NFC tagging or QR code scanning which allows any phone model to receive your details. Some NFC enabled phones have their switched off as a factory setting and require the user to enable them, even so these phones or those without NFC can still receive your profile by scanning the QR code.
The products also don’t interfere with wireless charging or MagSafe technologies.

Shipping
How long does it take for my product to arrive?
Your order will be shipped and delivered within 2 to 8 business days depending on product type, the destination, and shipping method chosen at checkout.
Each shipping option will display the estimated number of business days that the carrier expects delivery to take and does not include fulfillment time.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.
What should I do if I haven’t received my order?
If more than 10 business days have passed since your order shipped and you’ve yet to receive it, please reach out to customer support.

Custom Products
How can I customize my product?
- Visit the Custom products page.
- Add text or upload your design in one of these file types: PDF, EPS, or AI.
- Select the quantity and place your order.
How can I configure my review card or stand?
- Visit your “Products” page.
- Click on the “Configuration Editor” on the right side of the product you want to configure.
- Choose “Redirect to an External Profile or URL”.
- Enter your review URL and click on “Update”.

How often can I update my profile?
You can update any details in your profile at any time and as often as you need.
What can I add to my profile?
You can include a variety of data types including:
Name, bio, images, video, phone number, email, website (including custom URLs), social media links, payment links, productivity sites, and a contact card.
You can also select your profile’s color and icon type.
